manual & semi automatic foam cutters:

drilling machine: F26

The F26 drilling machine is designed for producing holes on flexible expanded PU mattresses and pillows. It consists of an iron frame where 26 chucks are placed and two conveyors for loading and unloading. In order to avoid the mattress moving during a working cycle, a manually adjusting roller device is placed on the material to be holed. The material is then cored by the core drill, ejected by an air jet and evacuated by means of a conveyor belt. The chucks supported thrust yoke moves both laterally and vertically. It is possible to program the lateral movement of thrust yoke (Y axis) up to 100mm and conveyor movement (X pitch) with infinity variable increments. The minimum distance possible between holes is 10mm. It's even possible to program both straight drilling and crossed drilling.

The machine is controlled on 4 axis and its movements are controlled by PLC.
The keyboad is equipped with a multifunction control device where working data are loaded and a graphical window with alarm for wrong input helps the operator to check the holes position. In addition the F26 is equipped with a lubricating system device for the drills, programmable by a control board.
