manual & semi automatic foam cutters:form-profile cutting machine: BM1000
The BM1000 is a form-profiling machine producing different shapes such as cushioning and packaging components from pre-cut foam parts. The operator only has to fix the mould on the sliding table and then overlay the foam pieces. An automatic working cycle allows the sliding table to move and the pressure rollers push the material downwards while the guided blade cuts the foam. The working table and pressure rollers are adjustable. This machine is equipped with a motorized sharpening device and dust aspirator. Some of the applications include grooves on pre-moulded cushions for office chairs, car seats, aircraft seats and grooves on mattresses etc. technical data
