The BF70 is designed to perform vertical and angled cuts up to 60 degrees on polyurethane foam. The working table on the right of the blade is equipped with a 1250 mm incised rod where cutting thickness size can be read. The going-forward handle of the headboard is supplied with a special device by which the operator repeats thickness from 0.5 to 100mm, without controlling the size of the rod. The grinding unit has two adjustable cup-grinding stones. A push button drives a reducer-motor that tilts the machine by using an endless screw. A graduated sector allows you to control inclination. The double-edge cross blade is guided by four adjustable hard metal plugs. The cutting unit is driven by an inverter controlling cutting speed and allows a progressive start and stopping. Using your keyboard you can pre-select blade adjustments, blade angle, automatic positioning at 90 degrees, cutting length and cutting speed (3-20m/min).
