The Wintech Profiler Program is a powerful user-friendly computer program that simplifies and integrates complex design and contour cutting for all Wintech machines into one easy process. It is included with every Wintech contour cutting machine sold.
The interactive nesting system minimises waste, and the computer controlled production runs make consistent accurate product every time with no rejects due to operator fatigue, error, or lack of skill. Operators can set up the next job while the current job is still running.
Designs can be changed or loaded in seconds, and prototypes drawn and made in minutes. Templates can be drawn with a mouse or digitiser tablet generated automatically (e.g. pipe insulation), and are stored electronically for recall or modification. They can also be downloaded from computers in the office or from anywhere in the world.

Wintech's larger customers usually have two computers: One in the office for doing complex designs and costing, the other linked to the Wintech machine on the cutting floorÊfor simple designs and machine operation. The two computers can be networked together so that designs can be instantly transferred from the office to the machine.
The Profiler program is available in a range of Asian and European Languages, with new languages provided on request.
DIGITISER TABLET
Convert your template shapes or customers sketches into computer drawings by simply tracing around them with a pen on a digitiser tablet. Wintech's Profiler Program even allows you to digitise shapes larger than the tablet!
The program supports digitiser tablet sizes with areas ranging from 300mm x 300mm (12" x 12") up to 900mm x 1200mm (36" x 48").
