The Wintech Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter is a state of the art profiler that is unique in the market. Providing either horizontal, vertical or both oscillating blades, the machine provides revolutionary new ways of contour cutting foam with unprecedented flexibility, accuracy, and ease of use.

Unlike continuous blade machines, Wintech's patented high speed oscillating blade design allows unlimited twisting of the blade in each direction, so the shape designer does not need to be concerned with where to untwist the blade and the extra time taken to do so. The blade stroke of 46mm at speeds up to double that of conventional machines.
The machine uses low cost, disposable blades that can be changed by a single operator in minutes.

3D profiling has never been simpler than with the Dual Blade version of the Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter. With the combination of the powerful Wintech Profiler software and the Dual Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter, 3D shape design is as simple as drawing a horizontal profile and then a vertical one. Where the array of the nested vertical and horizontal contours intersect, the 3D shapes are created. As there is a blade for both the vertical and horizontal contours, there is no need for block handling until the job is finished.
2D shapes may also be created, as in single blade machines, and the other axis then used to cut the contour shapes to width (or height).
For improved accuracy when profiling with the vertical or horizontal blades, an optional block clamp can be provided. Using motorised rollers synchronised with the conveyor, the clamp stabilises the block when profiling complimenting the precision with which the dual blade profiler cuts.
The clamp is raised or lowered using the horizontal blade transport, minimising operator involvement and set up time required. When it is not in use, it is safely stored above the blades and block until required.
By providing both horizontal and vertical blades, only the Wintech Dual Oscillating Blade Contour allows you to choose on which face of the block you will profile and so ensure the best possible yield from the block. In 2D cutting, the added benefit is that the other blade is available to perform the slicing to width or height function, all while the block is still on the machine.
